Love Your Life After Sports

It’s time to regain your purpose, reignite your passion, and live a life that makes you feel whole.

Feeling Lost, Unhappy, or Like
Something is Missing?

For professional athletes and fitness-focused individuals, life after sports can feel like a letdown. The adrenaline is gone, the training focus has vanished, and for many people, this can create a huge void and loss of purpose. For some, it can mean replacing sports with unhealthy habits or addiction. For others, they simply don’t know what to do next.

But, your story doesn’t end after sport ends. It is possible to reset your life and live with passion, purpose, and balance.

Welcome to 45 reset.
I’m Anthony Spinley.

A former professional snowboarder, my world turned upside down when I suffered a career-ending injury coupled with burnout at the age of 23.

Everything I had worked so hard for was taken from me. I didn’t know what to do next, and I replaced snowboarding with unhealthy habits, travel and destructive addiction—that’s until I turned 45 years old and reset my whole life and returned home.

Now at age 50, today, I’m a certified health coach and fitness trainer who works with former athletes to help them discover how good life after sports can be.

it's time to love
your life after sports.

Let me show you how we’ll get you there.
